This post is in English, as i want to inform about recent update of truestudio. its dark sidei had version 1.4 lite and truestudio pointed to upgrade for some new features. so that what i did. instalation went as usual with stupid registration and email deliveries of awesome unbreakable code. but thats nothing what followed next.

maybe its because i tried to register as a commercial user or what, but now the stupid banner which already was anoying in older versions, now stays for 3 seconds, literally, it counts time.

my dearest advice, if one uses older version of trustudio and happy with it, keep it that way or else pay your tribute to the most awesome banner which, in such circumstances does not encourage me even to think about future with atollics’ products.

why i’m upset, is because they made a product, taking opensource eclipse platform, some variation of arm eabi compilers and giving this package as own entirelly thier product.

yes, they did make a wonderful job, by integrating st-link , but why, WHY show this banner for 3 secs, it was already stating its message promoting pro version… so why, WHY make it even harsher…

maybe i shouldnt started with it in first place… nxp used the same eclipse platform for its uCs…

i’m upset and disappointed.

quick update:

reinstalling it as personal user, the banner is still in place, now i’m even more disappointed…
